Efficiency

Last month, one of our local clients held a leadership conference and ordered 173 embroidered quarter-zips to distribute at the event. Bergman used their online portal to collect the names of participants in advance of the event, along with their sizes and color selection. The blank goods were ordered from one of our trusted distribution partners, inventoried by our warehouse, and embroidered with the event logo by our decoration team. Then the items were individually bagged, labeled with the individual’s name, and sorted alphabetically. They were boxed and delivered a week-and-a-half before the event. When the event came, distribution took just 18 minutes. No chaos. No swaps. No scavenger hunt.

This isn’t unusual for Bergman. What made this one stand out is that the corporation’s HR rep reached out to applaud the stress-free logistics. She felt the difference. Everyone did.

Accuracy

The decision to use swag always begins with someone imagining a simple joyful experience for their audience; there’s a message they want to say. Before and after delivery, Bergman sets their customers up for success by prioritizing the same accuracy and efficiency as they do. We make online ordering easy with clean portals, clear size charts, firm deadlines, and easy checkout to prevent errors. But if we drop off unlabeled boxes of freshly printed unsorted shirts, we’ve only done half the job. HR is going to have a mess to untangle because the work was not finished upstream.

Timing

With branded merchandise, timing is an important part of the message. More often than not, the merch is very time-sensitive. Team jerseys after the tournament aren’t very useful. Holiday gifts in January or February feel like an afterthought. On-time delivery is an opportunity to communicate respect, build relationships and trust. Tardiness does the exact opposite.

Messaging

Solid logistics begins at the first click and ends at the final handshake. It prevents rework, saves hours, reduces stress, and effectively carries out the client’s vision of the right message at the right moment. In personalized goods, corporate apparel, and employee gifting, it’s the product that carries the brand. It’s the logistics that carry the reputation.
