In July of 2023, Bergman acquired local decoration business, Austins Embroidery, along with their staff, expertise and equipment. Since the start of the partnership, they have been a great addition to the Bergman team.

Then, in early 2024, it was announced that Bergman operations would be moving to a new location. The new building was described as having more space for the deco team to work under the same roof, as well as a larger warehouse to accommodate more (and larger) orders and inventory.

Mike Battershell, president of Bergman Incentives said, “the environment will be more condusive to caring for clients, working, and being a stronger team.”

In July of that year, Bergman employees got a tour of the new unfinished space and the excitement around the office grew. Almost a year later, the space was finally completed and the teams moved to the new space in early May of 2025.

Our First Trade Show in Our New Location!

The Bergman team was thrilled to welcome an incredible turnout of vendors and clients at the Bergman Show last Friday. The event not only showcased our brand-new 44,000-square-foot facility but also the fantastic products our vendors brought to share. They showed custom everything: from apparel, toys, tumblers, backpacks, flashlights, lamps, coasters, drinkware, keychains and more.

This showcase took place at our new HQ at 9700 J Street, Omaha, NE 68127. The afternoon was filled with friends, family, remote coworkers, and long-time business partners. Guests enjoyed fancy boba drinks, impressive charcuterie boards, and plenty of bubble machines! The celebration wrapped up with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce President Heath Mello.

We also celebrated a huge honor for Bergman: winning Facilis Group’s Partner of the Year Award.

That evening, the company took all the employees out to the SmashHouse. We played cornhole, axe throwing, mini bowling and pickleball. The food was good, as were the drinks. We had a lot of fun talking and laughing with fellow employees that we don’t get to see often. We spent the rest of the night celebrating the company and all the recent changes and successes.
